Web and mobile applications, built and then run. When you are the one carrying the pager, the boring decisions win arguments they would otherwise lose — plainer data models, fewer moving parts, logs someone can actually read at three in the morning.
Getting AI into a product that already has users
The model is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the schema you already have, the permissions you already promised, and the habits of people already using the thing — and knowing which of those you are allowed to disturb.
